Green Umbrella Senior Care recently hosted a Healthy Brain and Dementia education event at Chartwell, led by Karen Taylor. The session brought together seniors, families, and community members to learn more about dementia, brain health, and the changes that can occur as we age.
During the presentation, attendees received practical information about recognizing possible signs of dementia, supporting a loved one experiencing cognitive changes, and maintaining healthy habits for the brain. Guests also had the opportunity to ask questions and connect with others in a welcoming and supportive environment.
