This ancient Persian festival, marking the longest night of the year, provided the perfect opportunity to gather with the vibrant community of Greater Vancouver for an evening of culture, joy, and togetherness.

A Night to Remember

The celebration was filled with engaging programs and activities for all ages:

• Live Performances: Dance groups such as Noosha Dance Group and Fame Art Dance Group delivered captivating routines that lit up the stage.
• Vendor Booths: Over 30 local vendors showcased unique handcrafted goods, delicious treats, and cultural items, creating a lively marketplace.
• Kids’ Activities: Families enjoyed a dedicated kids’ zone featuring face painting, arts and crafts, and other fun activities sponsored by Golden Star Daycare Studio.
• Mashti Café Food Truck: Guests were treated to delicious pomegranate bites and Persian-inspired snacks, bringing a taste of tradition to the festivities.
• Music and Entertainment: The crowd danced to vibrant DJ sets by DJ Armin and DJ Khadije, ensuring the energy stayed high throughout the night.
• Raffle Prizes and Giveaways: Exciting prizes kept everyone engaged, adding an element of surprise and fun to the event.
